Welcome to Alas Arum Silver Workshop. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Workshop Bookings & Payments

• Silver Classes: Standard classes include a specific amount of silver (typically 1-6g depending on the package). Additional silver is available for purchase at the current market rate (approx. IDR 70,000 - 85,000 per gram).
• Gold Classes: Gold workshops require a deposit and an appointment via WhatsApp. Final pricing is based on the weight used and daily market rates.
• Masterclasses: Beginner (6-hour) and Intermediate (12-hour) masterclasses must be booked in advance and include a certificate upon completion.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• We allow a maximum delay of 10 minutes for workshop start times. Beyond this, rescheduling may be required to avoid disrupting other sessions.
• Refund policies are governed by the booking platform used (e.g., Megatix, GetYourGuide). Generally, bookings are non-refundable unless "Refund Protection" was selected at the time of purchase.

3. On-Site Conduct & Safety

• Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our silversmiths.
• Alas Arum Silver Workshop is not responsible for injuries resulting from the improper use of tools or failure to follow instructor guidance.

4. Promotions & Discounts

• Birthday Discount: Birthday guests receive 50% off when accompanied by at least 2 friends. Proof of birth date (ID/Passport) is required.
• Gift Cards: E-gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are valid for day classes (9 AM – 5 PM) unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Alas Arum Silver Workshop and may not be used without permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the Gianyar/Denpasar courts.
